Sense Pressa - Marius Long - 6+4

One of our favorite recent finds is this Syrah by debuting winemaker Marius Long, who impresses with the wines of his first vintage(!). This is a Syrah that was infused with the lees (yeast cells) of a Grenache wine to add complexity and fruit. It's wild, unsulfured, kinda crazy but also complex. A wine that makes us happy and the best wine pairing we've had with crispy pork belly from the oven.
