L'arbre Aux Abeilles - Hydromel Pétillant

We confess, we haven't tasted all of them, but this must be the best honey mead in the world, right? This one, together with the darker style, red label mead by the same producer.

As our friends at Au Jus put it nicely: "Yves Elie, the producer and beekeeper, refers to this hydromel as "Summer Bubbles," made specifically "for thirst" – and we couldn't agree more! Made using “plain” polyfloral honey, with a floral (from high elevation) tone, as a result of bees at high elevations feasting mainly on wildflowers and garrigue."
