Certainly not your typical Priorat. Made completely naturally and without any addition of sulfites. This wine is a sneaky powerhouse that is exceptionally tasty and light.
The Garnatxa grapes are partly destemmed and fermented in a clay amphora. After fermentation, the wine remains in the same amphora for at least 4 months with the yeasts, until it is nicely 'tranquil'.
Fruity, tight and fresh. Despite the fact that it has a considerable body, the fruit comes out wonderfully, but this is a wine that can still stand its ground with hearty (meat) dishes. A subtle aroma of balsamic, spices, ripe strawberries and red currants. The aging in clay amphora gives the wine a tightness and lightness that is atypical for wines from this region.
