This one brings back memories from working at Bar Centraal in their early days. As one of the first, pioneering natural wine bars in Amsterdam, we were pouring a LOT of Els Vinyerons, who have been making natural wines for a while. While consistently offering them for really fair prices. Unfiltered yet quite clear, no added sulfites.

A favorite, soft go-to Catalan Xarel.lo wine, perfect for an afternoon in the sun or to pair with a summery chicken salad or light fish dishes.
