This is oldschool Jura wine making, the three grape varieties get a 3 month long maceration, then go into 1000L foudres and are bottled afterwards unfined, unfiltered and without sulphur.


Ripe and fresh fruit, warm spices. The mouth is precise, full and sapid. The tannins are present, young and give a nice tactile sensation for a long finish.
