Stefan Vetter is somewhat of a teacher to us, because with every grape variety he works with it seems he makes the clearest expression. That goes for Müller-Thurgau, Portugieser and also Sylvaner. And just when, through his Steinterrassen-Muschelkalk Sylvaner, we thought he had explained what Sylvaner is, this little bottle came along. It's skin contacted Sylvaner, albeit ever so slightly which gives the lightest possible orange wine. It's a wine, low in alcohol, that makes you long for your next glass. Fresh acidity, ripe fruits and a tiny bitterness from the skins, perfectly balanced and a real Vetter wine.
