Two facets make this the most a-typical Sancerre there is: grapes are harvested with 50% noble rot, and the grape skins are separated from the juice no sooner than after 3 weeks. It has the lychee and passion fruitiness of a cocktail but not the sugar, headaches or bad choices normally associated with such drinks. Besides, this is a very serious wine.
