The entrylevel white wine from the Meinklang domain, made from a mix of local varieties + some added muscat for complexity and fun. This is mineral, really fresh, has plenty of structures and is nicely clean. Even though it has been filtered, it's a biodynamic wine from native yeasts with plenty of complexity.

Meinklang is one of the biggest biodynamic wine companies in the world, based in Burgenland, close to the Hungarian border. Here warm summer days and cool night create the perfect environment for growing grapes. Meinklang produces wine, beer, bread, meats and dairy, making their company circular in its use of inputs.
