The entry level at the Lissner domaine. We weren't surprised by how good this is. What a wine. Made from a blend of grapes, as Theó told us:
Auxerrois and Pinot Blanc as a basis. And a bit of Gewurztraminer and Muscat for the aromatics (30%).
This is a wine punching above it's weigth. For the price point, the complexity, minerality and flavor is impressive. A wine that keeps giving, that's great as a cold glass in the sun but is mostly highly culinary in it's possibilities: Asian foods, white fish dishes with butter, your classical salads or over a pan of mussels.
