Le Domaine d'Edouard is located in Burgundy, near Auxerre, on the limestone clay plateaus overlooking the Yonne valley. The domaine was founded in 2014 when they fell in love with the history of the vineyard and its views surrounded by vines and cherry trees. They aim to grow the vines with respect, working organically, to produce beautiful grapes that create this elegant yet powerful Pinot Noir. Natural wine from Burgundy: hand harvested from natural yeasts, unfined, unfiltered with a minimal addition of sulfites.
