A delicious, creamy bubble from the Jura, by l'Aigle à deux Têtes, made from Chardonnay and Jura's own Savagnin. A fine mousse, you could say not much of a persistent bubble at all, but a great nuttiness, balance and richness. Real Jura crémant for a very good value.
