This special Muscadet is produced from a metamorphic rock terroir and aged for 14 months in egg-shaped tanks, by rockstar natural winemaker Jerome Bretaudeau. Keeping the lees in suspension gives the wine a subtle creamy quality and additional flavours and aromas, including hints of citrus fruits and white flowers. The palate is beautifully saline and very persistent. This wine is ideal with seafood dishes.
